“We are new to the area and wanted to find a place that really cared about the way we felt about our pets. The lady that cut our German Shepherd’s nails did a great job. She didn’t rush and was very careful not to go too far when cutting them as our dogs nails are black (which are hard to cut without going too deep). She was very friendly and pleasant. I had called a couple of places before calling her and the others seemed put out because I wanted to meet them first before we took our dog in. She had no problems with me coming by. Looking forward to seeing her next month.”
